These terms apply to the cross-border networking and subscription services provided by UVvpn. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to use your account, routes, and related features as described below.

Service Content and Scope

UVvpn provides cross-border networking across 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Services include account management, subscription configuration, route access, traffic management, and necessary technical support. Available routes, client entry points, and account status are determined by what is shown in the user panel.

International routes may be affected by the network environment at the user’s location, target service policies, network operator scheduling, and device configuration. UVvpn performs route maintenance and resource adjustments but does not guarantee that any route, region, or target service will always provide the same connection results. Changes to route names, access methods, or available regions do not constitute a change to the core scope of the subscription.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; an account can be created with a username and password. Users must protect their login information and are responsible for subscriptions, payments, and route usage initiated under their account. If login information may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and stop distributing the relevant configurations.

Subscriptions support an unlimited number of devices, but are intended only for the account holder and their authorized personal use. Unlimited devices do not grant permission to resell, rent, publicly publish, or broadly share access. Users may not resell accounts, subscription configurations, access credentials, or route resources as separate products, or provide them to unspecified parties through public channels.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Traffic, subscription status, and order records are determined by the information shown in the user panel.

Compliant Use Requirements

When using the service, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the service access region, and independently confirm that their network activities have a lawful purpose. The service may not be used to infringe the rights of others, access systems without authorization, distribute unlawful content, send malicious traffic, disrupt network operations, or avoid contractual obligations that apply to the user.

Users must follow the service rules of each target website, application, and content platform. UVvpn provides network connectivity and route scheduling; it does not represent that a target service approves the account region, content rights, payment eligibility, or access result. Consequences arising from user conduct, target service rules, or third-party action are the responsibility of the relevant party under applicable rules.

Service Availability and Liability

Route maintenance, equipment failures, network operator changes, target service policy updates, or other factors outside UVvpn’s direct control may cause fluctuations in connection speed, route changes, or brief unavailability. UVvpn will investigate and restore affected services within a reasonable scope and may adjust routes, nodes, or access methods when necessary.

Users are responsible for maintaining their device systems, client configurations, and local network environment, and should take appropriate steps to back up important materials. To the extent permitted by applicable law, UVvpn is not responsible for indirect losses caused by user configuration errors, third-party service interruptions, external network abnormalities, or use that violates these terms. Mandatory legal requirements prevail where applicable.

Suspension and Termination

If a user resells subscriptions, publicly shares credentials, uses the service unlawfully, maliciously consumes route resources, interferes with service operations, or otherwise seriously violates these terms, UVvpn may restrict relevant functions, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. Before or after taking action, the system may retain necessary records related to orders, account security, and dispute handling.

Users may stop using the service and manage existing subscriptions through the user panel. After an account is suspended or terminated, completed orders, traffic usage, and payment records will continue to be handled under these terms and applicable rules. Orders that qualify for a refund remain eligible for processing under the refund terms, regardless of changes to account status.

Refunds and Changes to These Terms

Refund Rules

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Requests must be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel so that the account and order status can be verified. Refund processing through the original payment method depends on the settlement rules of Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT; when that is not possible, verification and arrangements will be completed using an available method.

Updates to These Terms

UVvpn may update these terms due to changes in service scope, technical arrangements, compliance requirements, or payment rules. The updated version will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be changed accordingly. Material changes to user rights or obligations will be highlighted through visible notices on the site. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If users disagree, they should stop using the service and manage their account and subscription under the existing rules.
